About Baraka Coffee School

Baraka is Ethiopian and describes the final part of a traditional coffee ceremony. The first round "Abol" takes place in the morning, the second round "Tona" takes place at noon and the third round "Baraka" takes place in the evening and completes the coffee ceremony for each day. Baraka is said to transform the spirit and to bestow a blessing.
