Ace of Care is a RN-led NDIS service provider dedicated to delivering high quality, compassionate, and holistic support that empowers individuals to live with independence, dignity, and confidence. Through personalised routines, goal focused support, and consistent communication, we ensure every participant receives care that aligns with their preferences, cultural background, and individual needs. Ace of Care also provides high quality Supported Independent Living (SIL), offering 24/7 or scheduled in home support that promotes safety, stability, and independence within a home environment. Our SIL services include personal care, household management, medication prompting, overnight support, and skill building designed to help participants thrive in their daily routines.
