Southwest Wellness Centre

Southwest Wellness Centre is a the largest health and wellness centre in the Southwest. Opened in March 2012, it was designed to provide people with the convenience and ease of all their practitioners under one roof.



The centre is a 500sqm building which has over 11 different modalities including:

* Semi Private Pilates

* Remedial Massage

* Life Coaching



The centre has as 200sqm studio, equipped with weights and cardio machines as well as a 50sqm Private pilates studio.



There is over 5 private practitioner rooms and a physiotherapy clinic with the latest technology. The centre has a private bathroom and shower and has a modern environment.







Business Hours



We are open 6 days a week



Monday to Friday 5.30am – 12.30pm / 2.00pm – 8.00pm

Saturday 8.00am – 1.00pm
