About Disability Connect Victoria
Disability Connect Victoria is a trusted and experienced provider of disability support services across metro Melbourne and the Gippsland region. Since 2019, we’ve proudly delivered over 500,000 hours of support, continually reinvesting into our organisation to enhance outcomes for our clients.
Our core strength lies in our team of highly skilled and reliable disability support workers who excel in providing one-on-one, holistic and individualised care. We understand that every person is different, which is why we’ve developed an advanced matching system to pair each client with the right disability support worker based on their personal preferences and specific support needs.
As a registered provider with the NDIS, TAC and WorkSafe, we’re fully equipped to manage complex support programs, including development life skills NDIS plans, supported disability housing options, community participation and more. Our systems and processes are independently certified to meet all NDIS quality and safeguards standards. We also undergo rigorous independent audits every 18 months to ensure we consistently deliver the highest level of care.
