Averna Homes is a multi-award winning luxury home builder in Perth, Western Australia. Operating for over ten years, we're a family-owned, boutique Perth building company with under, twenty staff. We specialise in single-storey, double-storey and three-storey custom homes in the Perth metropolitan area, with a particular focus on South Perth, Como, Bicton, Mount Pleasant, Ardross, Floreat, Booragoon and City Beach.
At Averna Homes, we love what we do, and we do it well, producing only a limited number of homes each year. We believe that every home is unique, just like the story tells - which is why each of our home builds is individually designed and customised to our clients' requirements.
Averna Homes is a member of HIA (Housing Industry Association) and MBA (Master Building Association).
