About Viper Tae Kido Kwon Martial Arts Studio
I have been training in kickboxing and Tae Kido Kwon under Tyrone for five years. Training sessions are never boring, there are always new things to learn. I have notice that over the years my fitness, strength and flexibility has improve a lot allowing me to gain better control of my technique. Tyrone is a great trainer and you can talk to him about anything. When you ask him a question you get the answers you need. If you have difficult learning a technique he will show and explain it to you in a way that is easy to understand. If you want to become a great kickboxer or martial artist then get Tyrone to train you.
